Yeah, it definitely makes sense to follow other events. It’s nice to have one more option for uncomfortable aerodynamic positions to cycle through that’s hopefully uncomfortable in slightly different ways than the other ones 
.

Yes my triceps kill me on the road bike holding the proper position. I was basically lying down on the TT bike and it was so much more comfortable in comparison.

Despite my enthusiasm earlier I’m going to just stay home tonight.
Congratulations to all that turned out for the Time Trial tonight. It was a truly amazing night for a quick rip down Crowsfoot.
Here is the results for tonight’s efforts:
Some pretty amazing times laid down tonight. We had a great turnout of 17 riders… a little more then I was expecting, but VERY welcome.
Good work one and all. See you in July for the next one.

Look forward to seeing you out in July. You’re very welcome to give it a try… it’s not a race against other riders… it’s between you and the clock… and will your legs/lungs/heart win – or will your brain win. It’s a tough call who’s the winner some nights.
