We’ve set up a shared Google Calendar with all upcoming WCC group rides. You can subscribe to it to see rides alongside your other calendars. It will be updated whenever rides themselves are updated, cancelled, etc. This is just a convenience, discourse forums remains your primary source!

How to Subscribe

Option 1: Click the Link (Easiest)

Option 2: Manual Subscribe

  1. Open Google Calendar

  2. Click + Add other calendars on the left sidebar

  3. Select Subscribe to calendar

  4. Paste this calendar ID:

    0de389c759d550b47a854bd0af59b516514976fcc747e60a774491efea8e31c0@group.calendar.google.com

  5. Click Subscribe

What You’ll See

Each ride on the calendar includes:

  • Title: Ride name and distance/group
  • Date & Time: Start time and estimated finish time
  • Location: Meet-up location
  • Discussion Link: Direct link back to the forum post for details
  • Routes: Route names and distances in the description

Notes

  • The calendar is read-only — you can view but can’t edit it
  • Updates happen in real-time when rides are posted or edited on the forum
  • You can color-code, mute, or hide the calendar from your Google Calendar settings anytime
  • This has ALL the rides. If there’s sufficient interest, i can create separate calendars for Road, Gravel, MTB, other.
