C2C’s Pre-Winter Session starts today - Monday, November 7th! Join me each week for all 4 classes of the 7 week balanced program to build & improve stability, mobility & strength or pick & choose the classes that are best for you. You pay just $5 per class or even better $105 for unlimited classes for the 7 weeks - live or recorded!
