Save the Date: 2024 Annual General Meeting

Only 2024 members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
If you are unable to attend you can vote by proxy. To vote by proxy please submit a signed letter of intent to the club email info@waterloocyclingclub.ca at least 2 days prior to the AGM.
A proxy holder may only hold 2 proxies, and does not need to be a club member.

Will the meeting still be happening?

We were quick with the AGM part so early for the special meeting call. Because we had quorum we were able to appoint Mark to finish Karl’s one year term, and appoint Mark to VP, Drew to Secretary and myself another year as President.
