AGM Tuesday March 18th @ 6:30pm

It’s that time of year again—our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is just around the corner, and we need YOU there!

You must be a current member to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting. We need member participation in order to ensure we meet quorum and can take care of the business side of the club.

This is also the time where we will recognize and thank outgoing Board members and vote in/welcome new Board members.

Date: Tuesday March 18th
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Waterloo Memorial Rec. Complex, Room 200 Located Upstairs

101 Father David Bauer Dr, Waterloo, ON N2L 0B4

We are working on an e-signature Proxy option for members that can’t attend in person, but if you are able to spare the time and attend IRL it would help simplify things!

Calling all club bakers - we would like to have some sweet treats for members to enjoy during the meeting. If you are up to making something please let me know at kerrydgale@waterloocyclingclub.ca

Bringing this to the top of the Inbox.

This is an important meeting. We need 5% of the club members to show up to make Quorum.

Come out, even for 30 minutes, to vote and have your voice counted.

Thank you @Francqlife!

The AGM allows members to stay informed about our organization’s performance, raise concerns, and participate in decisions. It is only once a year and we ask members to please attend so we can make quorum.

We will be voting in 3 club members to be first time members of the Board of Directors so I would love to see a good turn out to support them as they choose to step up, volunteering their time to give back in this way.

Also there will be baked goods  Carole dropped homemade fudge off at my house and it is taking all my will power to leave some for the rest of you.

Must be a current member to attend - Link to register

It was a pleasure meeting everyone at the AGM … Kerry did an amazing job with the presentations and afterwards I was able to meet a few members and learn a little bit more about the different rides. Looking forward to joining the Rec Gravel ride people on Thursdays once I get the studs off my Fatbike … new rims and wheels expected mid-April. Safe riding everyone. Rick
