AGM: This Is THE Meeting You Actually Don’t Want to Skip
This is your official heads-up that our Annual General Meeting is coming up , next TUESDAY MARCH 24th @ 6:30pm

RIM Park ROOM 208 (upstairs)
(this is the same room we use for LTGR & Ride Leader Orientation)
What we’ll cover:
-Overview of finances
-Membership numbers/trends
-Season highlights ( RIDE. RACE. LEAD.)
-Challenges
-Vision for upcoming season
-Welcome new Board members and thank departing Board members
etc.
“this meeting could this have been an email…” does not work this time. Our bylaws state we meet in person and we have to meet QUORUM (min # of people in attendance) so we NEED current members to attend.
There will be baked goods
