Saddle repair?

I have a saddle that I really like and the covering is torn. It’s also a saddle that is no longer made. Does anyone have any thoughts about possibly getting a new cover added? I’m thinking either a shoe repair shop or upholstery shop, but I haven’t investigated either yet. I’m thinking one of the issues will be finding the appropriate material (leather). Not much of a question here, but let me know if you have any thoughts.
Thanks
Jon

Which saddle is it @JohnnyG ? I’m pretty good at finding this sort of thing :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m confident you won’t have heard of it. It’s a rather cheap saddle called “Trico Sports - road”. It has about 1.5cm of foam with a spandex cover (which is now ripped). If I was looking for a replacement, it would need to have more cushion than any typical road saddle. But shape is the issue too - this isn’t a flat top, it’s fairly contoured.
Thanks
