Just a heads up to all ride leaders:
- Hessen Strasse is “closed” from Moser Young to Hergott… maybe beyond to Kressler. They are repaving … although from my quick glance down the road it looks like it’s mostly completed and could be open again soon. (today Aug 1, 2026).
- Weimar Line has a couple sections of road torn up (done yesterday July 31, 2026) and hopefully those two sections will be repaved this coming week. It’s not the entire road – just two small sections… one on the downhill before Bamberg in the west bound lane only… and one at the Bamberg sign the entire width of the road.
- This came through to me from Wilmot Township: Upcoming traffic disruptions on Puddicombe Road | Township of Wilmot – this is a three week closure of Puddicombe Road between Bridge and Huron.
Please avoid these areas when planning road routes.
