Ziggy’s Cycle helped me process a warranty replacement for some from damage on my 2020 Emoda SL6. Trek gave me a new frame under warranty, I just had to pay for labour to swap the parts and to fit a new bottom bracket and a few other items, new bar tape, hydraulic hoses, shifter cables.
New steed is ready to go, love the new paint scheme.
