Has anyone recently bought bulk maltodextrin?
Ideally somewhere locally. I’ve found a few ubrew online options with various levels of credibility.
I bought from Toronto brewing almost 10 years ago, it seemed fine. It was 2.75$/lb back then. Locally I haven’t bought homebrew supplies in a long time so I don’t I what stores are even around anymore. I switched to sugar since it’s easier to find and cheaper.

I emailed these guys looking for a 50lb bag about year ago https://kjurbanwinery.com/. Wasn’t on the site but they had some to sell me. They operate in Guelph but deliver to Checkpoint Brewing. Try them out!

Thanks! I’ve emailed. And appreciate the tip as I’ve now placed orders with two other suppliers who then cancelled said orders due to FDA regulations (lol) or no supply.
