I was scrolling the “Progress” tab found on your profile section of my Strava app and at the very bottom I saw this…
If you don’t see that, look for the Recover app by Strava in your respective app store.
I installed the Recover (by Strava) app and was informed my Strava subscription includes full access of the Recover app.
It has various exercises for pre/post workouts (stretches, core, etc). It seems a bit runner-centric but hip flexor tightness is hip flexor tightness!
I randomly discovered this and it’s odd that they haven’t marketed this more as it seems quite interesting/useful.
I’m still exploring it as I post this so feel free to post your experience with the app if you’re using it?
