Consider shortening the prefix on email notifications

The current prefix for email from the forums is “[Waterloo Cycling Club Forum] [Category]”.

This is very long. I don’t see anything in the email preferences to change it myself. Is this only configurable on the system side?

Please consider shortening it.

Changed to [WCC]. Let me know if that works better for you.

Edit: noticed it was doubling up the brackets, [[WCC]], I’ve fixed that now.
