We had a mobile bike repair guy come by and tune up some of our bikes today, and he mentioned that he runs bike repair workshops. Is this something the club would be interested in having him run? He seems like a great teacher, he explained a bunch of diy stuff to me while he was working on our bikes. He just moved here from Toronto a couple weeks ago.
He also teaches workshops on long distance bike tours and converting regular bikes into e-bikes.
Full disclosure: he offered me a discount on the work he did if the club gets him to do a workshop, but he was great, I’d definitely recommend him if there’s sufficient interest!
