We will forever be known for our WCC Flying Dogs Road Race Team and for the sea of green WCC jersey’s at the start of OCA races and on the roads of Waterloo Region.

This discipline is so complex to explain. And it’s modernized with a more inclusive, diversified field of participation. So, perhaps I’ll just defer to former Prez Jason Pollard and current Prez Kevin Gibson about all things road at the WCC.
Everyone Deserves a QUALITY Ride
I may have started the WCC Ride Guide and and Ride Leader’s Credo…but Jason presided over it and breathed great life into the “Quality” and organization of rides. He started FACTION Racing powered by WCC under his tenure. He organized the first WCC Kitchener Twilight Downtown Criterium (Now a Cycle Waterloo race). And oversaw 80-100 people turn out during our infamous Tuesday Night Bamberg HIIT nights.
