I have created a Wiki post under the WCC Members, Ride Meetups Category.

So this means that any of you can go to this post and add your info if you want to participate and the event as part of the WCC group and do ride sharing and organize a club tent/meetup for the event.
Let me know if anyone has any problems or questions regarding this.
