Migration of Discourse Forum

We will migrate the forum you are currently reading this message on from a self-hosted version to a fully managed instance tomorrow, June 19, 2025. This will resolve several issues, including emails not being sent.

To make this happen, the forum will be in a read-only mode from tonight around 11 pm to early tomorrow morning.

No action is required. There should be no change in behaviour or loss of data. You may have to log in again, however. Please continue using the same login details.

The email from which notifications go out will be different to what has been used previously.

Where do we find the upcoming events calendar now?

Hey Drew – Looks like the calendar feature needs to be enabled separately. We’ve reached out to the Discourse team. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the short term we suggest ride leaders use the poll feature to determine going, interested etc. Hoping to get the event feature going soon (there is an licensing issue). On the plus side email is now working :slight_smile:
