Are you organized, people-oriented, and passionate about cycling? The Waterloo Cycling Club is looking for a Membership Coordinator to help keep our community connected and growing.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome new members and guide them through the sign-up process
- Maintain accurate membership records and renewals
- Respond to membership inquiries via email
- Coordinate with club leadership on membership trends and outreach ideas
- Help promote the club at local events and rides
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets or membership management tools
- Friendly, approachable communication style
- A love of cycling and community (racing experience not required!)
Time Commitment
Approximately 3–5 hours per month, with flexibility around your schedule. Most tasks can be done remotely.
