Is this “Supacaz” bar tape that came on my bike fake? I was really disappointed with the bar tape only lasting technically 100 km. Another forum I am on, everyone says that Supacaz is very good stuff. I like their Sakura pattern as it would match my skateboard 
and I have a Sakura cherry blossom 
tree in my backyard which holds a lot of meaning to me. But, I’m still hesitant because I want to confirm my theory that I got a knockoff bar tape before making any purchases. The bar tape that I have came with the bike and the bike was a good price so I don’t mind, but I’m not going to get Supacaz again if this is a legitimate product.
I ultimately suspect it’s fake/counterfeit but we’ll see what the WCC says.
