I know Mike at Mcphails would, I assume Ziggy’s and all other stores should, although it’s a dying art. For sure Ciclowerks in cambridge advertises the service, but honestly I’d find a friend who has glued tubs or watch some youtube, it really isn’t hard but the prep is time consuming, and its good to know how to fix one in a rush. I’ve done several CX wheels and I have tore the tires apart before I have rolled one.
