With tags enabled all user can see the option now
I added the spotlight tag to this as a test
It’s there… but you can’t use it. I don’ think it’s hurting anything. Regular users can’t add random tags, you can only search for them, and if you’re not in the appropriate group, you can’t find the spotlight tag to use. So users still can’t randomly tag things.
