Basic/dumb trainer setup with the bike. Rear wheel is a powertap hub. Giant road bike with 3x10 gearing to nail the perfect cadence. Also included is a 4iiii heart rate monitor that converts ant+ into Bluetooth if you want to use this with devices that don’t have ant+. If you want to use a computer I have an ant+ usb dongle that will work with the powertap hub.
I found this setup was perfect for trainer road style workouts and even okay for some light zwifting.
