I’m reaching out from New Hope Community Bikes to invite your riders to join us for Everesting Cycling Fest 2026 on October 3 in Hamilton!
Everesting is our annual cycling fundraiser where riders take on repeated climbs of the Hamilton escarpment, either individually or as a team, to challenge themselves while supporting cycling access and education in our communities.
We’d love to have a strong Waterloo Cycling Club presence on the mountain, so we’ve created an exclusive discount code for your members:

The code is available until August 10, 2026, so we encourage your riders to register before then to take advantage of the discount.
Funds raised through Everesting support New Hope Community Bikes programs, including women’s cycling programming, affordable bike access, Ride Smart safe cycling education for kids, and Indigenous bike initiatives across Ontario.
I’ve attached an event poster that you’re welcome to share with your members. We kindly ask that the discount code remain within the Waterloo Cycling Club community and not be shared publicly.
