I went and did the 100km route last year on the Sunday. It was a small group but it was great! Really well organized, rest stops were well stocked and food at the end was great.
I have signed up for the same again this year.

This event has excellent support. Next best thing after Tour de Norfolk (RIP).
Very scenic route which follows the shoreline of Lake Erie.
Also the route is extremely flat. No noticeable climbing (300m in 160km).
