Stolen bike?

This came in to the club’s email:

Good Morning,

I have located a Trek Domane AL2 Road Bike from an encampment in Toronto, the bike has not been reported stolen or registered with the Toronto Police Service. The bike does have your sticker on the bike and I was wondering if you may be able to help me locate the owner of the bike. Below is a picture of the bike.

I would be grateful for any help.

Thanks,

Often times we get reports for bikes with the sticker for the club in Waterloo, WI, but since this is coming from Toronto, that increases the odds it’s actually our club in this instance.

Is that a Ziggy’s sticker on the seat tube?

We get these kinds of inquiries from time to time, but so far every one of these inquiries has been linked to the logo that Trek Corporation uses for it’s Waterloo Cycling Club (Trek headquarters are in Waterloo, WI).

The police officer did reply that they located the owner.
