Have been watching the para-cycling the last few days. Just incredible, especially those who are just using one leg and I’m avoiding rides when my hip or back are ‘a bit sore’

I was a volunteer at the Para Track World Championships in Milton back in February 2020 (just before covid!)
I can’t count how many times over the days I got goosebumps, inspired, and emotional watching the riders compete.
I was lucky enough to be working bike check and had the opportunity to chat with many riders as they waited for us to measure their bikes.
An experience I will remember for the rest of my life and it changed the way I view life.
