# Not sure have full access to site

Hi Oliver just renewed my membership tonight. I don’t seem to have access to buy and sell on site. Could you check to see if my account is set up correctly

Hey @Adelio_Pereira you should be working now.

The email address you signed up with the club on the OCA site is different from the one you use for the forum hence why you had no access.

Note for everyone else out there, if you use a different email address to sign up for the club and the forum the system will not apply your club membership access to the forum. The script that runs relies on the email address being the same for both. If you don’t have forum access please let me know and I can take a look.
