Hello,

The King Street Cycles Monday Night Ladies Ride is on for tonight! Gonna be a hot one, so bring plenty of water.

We will gather in the upper Glasgow parking lot of the Hydrocut near the trailhead at 6:15 so we can divide into groups. The ride will leave the parking lot at 6:30.

If you are planning to attend the ride, signing up will help us plan for the number of participants. You can sign up here: [Link to Sign-up Sheet](https://forms.gle/uyUaZyZzfNc2wXyd9)

For insurance reasons, all riders need to be a member of either the [King Street Cycles](http://www.kingstreetcycles.com/) or [Waterloo Cycling Club](https://www.waterloocyclingclub.ca/). More details on membership can be found here: [Membership Information](https://docs.google.com/document/d/13CCZbOIqWd7QZPbPuI95eG0_6jo-3qFuEBBnz2tTRec/edit?usp=sharing)

If you would like to be added to our WhatsApp chat group, please ensure you have the App installed and send me your phone number.

Hope to see you tonight!

Jo
