This is yesterday’s Strava post from a friend of mine. He turned 92 yesterday and rode 40 kms. Currently at 1900 kms for the year, having ridden here, and in Nevada and Florida. The guy is addicted to cycling and goes as often as he can. What an inspiration.
Ps. He was late to cycling, starting at the age of 65.

When he can’t ride, he walks. And in the winter he goes to the YMCA for weights. Quite something.
