# Gravel ride recap for Wednesday June 1st 2022

What a great night! Big group; 19 at the start and Andrew talking about chasing.

Alain took the fast group. The rest of shuffled, split, and gathered for the occasional photo.

This was a classic gravel route using the G2G on top of Elmira. A perfect route for the weather and we moved well.

The light was spectacular for the following; the golden hour.

Thanks to Jim for leading and everyone for joining. It was lots of fun and I made it back in time for my meeting. 🙂

Thanks for sharing the photos. It was a fun ride and it turned into a really lovely evening after beginning with foreboding clouds.
